Ofcourse, nobody like coughing. But a person becomes helpless if that happens. There is a small basic home made remedy to cure that dry cough and smoothen the throat again.
Ingredients
- 2 table spoons Honey.
- 5 Pepper Balls
- 5 Tulsi Leaves
Take two table spoons honey, put it in a bowl; crush the 5 pepper balls and mix it up with the honey in the bowl. Take it twice a day, in morning and before going to bed. That dry cough will go within 3 days.
There is another alternative also, take 5 tulsi leaves and wash them properly. As soon as you get up in the morning, before having anything, take those 5 leaves and 5 pepper balls, and eat it.
Do this for continuously for a week, and you will get relieved from the cough and cold.
If you are unable to do that then no worries, there is another remedy to cure your cough and cold.
Ingredients
- 1 Spoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Glass of hot Millk
Take 1 spoon turmeric powder and mix it with warm milk. Drink that milk while going to bed. And you will find yourself fit and fine the next morning.

I have read somewhere that fresh and natural warm water also helps a great deal in treating respiratory discomforts.It helps soothing the airways and respiratory membranes and can be a great way to cure dry cough.
