Daily Routine

A daily routine for a 30mins for your-self creates magic. A proper/regular schedule is very important for the body and makes you fit for the entire day.

We start of with the Morning, with a walk of half - an hour. Even if you cannot do some workout for yourself, a 30mins walk would do it for you. It's important as well as necessary.

After the walk/workout, follow the following

Dont's after morning walk/workout
  • Do not sit as soon as your walk is over.
  • Do not drink water, give at least a gap of 20 mins.
  • Do try to relax yourself, soon by sleeping.

Do's after morning walk/workout

  • Drink/eat only after another 30mins.
  • Relax your body by doing some normal work.

Once back to normal, have a nutricious b'fast, including some sprouts, milk, juice; just remember your entire day depends on your breakfast, so it has to be nutritious and sufficient. Then follow your meals(lunch and dinner - which I will discuss in balance diet). A 10-15 minutes walk after dinner is beneficial.
