The Importance of Morning Walk

"A Healthy Mind Resides In A Healthy Body"
- that's a nice saying to start of this post with. If you stay fit, you will be able to do the impossible things in your day to day routine also. So, why not to start from the very beginning, i.e., the time when you get up.

Yaaaaaaa! I meant morning, when there is a beautiful SUNRISE, with cold wind blowing. That part of the world is totally amazing, and beautiful. So, why not to take advantage of the nature and gain sound health and peace through out the day.

MORNING WALK, is the best medicine for your body. A 30 minutes walk can lead you to stay young for your life, with all that charm in you.

If you can jog around for a bit then it's fabulous and will add more feathers to your charm. At least 30 mins of walk in a day leads a doctor away. And that is well said and proved(I am not going to mention the proof here, just kidding), but it helps to maintain the metabolic rate of the body, with the blood pressure level coming to normal for the patients, and a sense of comfortability.

If you have a very busy schedule and cannot give time for workouts. then definitely you need to go for a morning walk, and stay healthy.
